The Data Analyst is a mid-level individual contributor role focused on leveraging technical expertise to analyze and visualize data, supporting decision-making across the organization. Essential Functions
- Leverage expert-level SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Provide technical support to data architecture, query optimization, and operational insights initiatives with minimal oversight from senior members.
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using enterprise BI platforms (., Power BI, ThoughtSpot).
- Automate recurring data requests to streamline processes and improve efficiency and workload capacity.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve data anomalies and inconsistencies with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Take ownership of individual projects, ensuring key milestones are met with high-quality deliverables.
- Escalate blockers and propose solutions to ensure project timelines are maintained.
- Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements for data requests.
- Define project scope and present project updates, milestones, and resource needs proactively to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to develop data-driven solutions that address business challenges and improve data literacy throughout the organization.
- Contribute to fostering a collaborative and positive team culture through knowledge sharing and teamwork.
