About the Role.
We are seeking a Power Platform Practice Director to join our team in an exciting new opportunity that splits time with the client as the lead technical resource for their digital transformation, and execute internal responsibilities for implementing our Public Sector Low Code market strategy.
This role is REMOTE (preference given to candidates in the Washington, DC area). Candidates must reside in the United States and be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

What You Bring.
We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for leadership and innovation. Here's what sets you apart :
oA bachelor's degree and at least seven (7) years of professional experience in low-code application development or related fields.
oFive (5) years of hands-on experience delivering solutions within a Federal Government Cloud Tenant
Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
You've worked on federal IT transformation projects and understand compliance standards like NIST and FISMA.
A knack for translating technical complexity into user-friendly solutions.
Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and build trust with clients.
