Platinum Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Scrum Master to join our company.
This role requires an active Top Secret / SCI with the eligibility to obtain a CI / Poly. The position is in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
What you get to do.
- Manages development teams through the agile framework.
- Performs project management tasks to coordinate and prioritize user stories for team members to implement. Provides Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics generation and analysis to track the overall efficiency of software delivery across the team.
- Facilitates horizontal communication across team members to identify impediments that may prevent team progress while working on mitigation plans as needed. Provides technical / management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
- Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
- Ensures all software and application development is supported by appropriate documentation and executed through agile ceremonies.
- Uses agile methodologies to support teams performing application development, legacy application migration to containerized applications, data solution development, solutions and innovation teams, security development and implementation teams, or data warehouse / database development teams.
