Platinum Technologies currently has an opportunity for a qualified, Team Lead , Test Engineer to support our Program (DES), a growing program with exciting opportunities to excel in your career.
As a leader, you will oversee and coordinate the work of a team of Test Engineers supporting an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies.
This role is located in Ft Meade, MD. HYBRID role. Candidate must hold an active DoD Secret clearance.

- Oversee a team of Test Engineers, ensuring their tasks are aligned with project goals and deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure efficient test execution, documentation of results, and timely resolution of defects
- Collaborate with engineers to identify and address issues prior to delivery of test plans to third-party testers.
- Promote the use of test automation tools and techniques to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Interact with customers, users, product developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address concerns.
- Represent the test team in project meetings and decision-making processes.
- Ensure that the team adheres to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing process.
- Conduct code reviews and audits to identify potential defects.
