Job Description: As the Shop Foreman / Production Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our metal building fabrication shop. Your role will involve managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, leading a team of skilled workers, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shop floor personnel.
- Plan, organize, and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed.
- Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of fabricated products.
- Train and mentor new employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
