What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist (Spanish Required) position at PTC Financial Solutions LLC?
PTC Financial Solutions is a local accounting firm serving the Lee Country area. Our services include bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation. Will need the receptionist to come in on Saturdays during Tax season (January 27 - April 15). Outside of tax season, schedule is Monday through Friday, with Friday being a half day.
As a Front Desk Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming calls and answer basic questions the client may have.
- Transfer phones calls to the appropriate person
- Greet clients as they arrive
- Schedule appointments
- Scan documents and save them in the client's file
- Process payments
- Perform basic data entry
Qualifications:
- Must speak fluent Spanish
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of receptionist or clerical experience preferred
- Prior experience working for an accounting or payroll company is highly preferred
- Xero experience preferred
- Detail orientated with excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
