Your Impact
As a member of the M&A Integrations team, you will be a key contributor to PTC's Corporate Development organization. You will manage integrations for multiple acquisitions and will drive integration governance across PTC and the acquired company to ensure deal value is achieved. You will work across all levels and functions in PTC. You will be the interface to acquired employees in the early stages of integration, and act as the bridge between PTC employees and the recently acquired team members.
Your Team
You will be a member of the Integration Management Office (IMO) within PTC's Corporate Development team. The IMO is an agile, fast-paced, and results-orientated team that has a track record of successfully integrating acquired companies and delivering against deal objectives.
You will partner with business leaders, acquired teams and corporate functions to execute the strategy and plan for each transaction. You will coordinate more more than 11 cross functional teams within PTC coordinate to drive business outcomes and integrate people, processes and systems into PTC.
Day-To-Day:
Drive planning and project manage integration activities during the integration process
Coordinate integration governance within acquisitions as a part of the IMO
Serve as partner to business owners. Manage program execution and identify risks/issues. Proactively address critical challenges.
Provide program management support for cross functional workstreams during acquisition integration process
Drive cross functional workstream meetings as they build integration plans based off of acquisition rationale
Effectively communicate program progress and goal achievement and success metrics to senior leaders
Be the interface for acquired employees and PTC; manage acquired employee questions, and help them navigate PTC
Participate and support acquisition due diligence process to identify integration needs and create integration plans
Maintain and improve acquisition integration process, playbook framework and documentation
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Strong Project & Program Management capabilities
Experience working with executive-level cross-functional teams
Ability to manage through ambiguity and arbitrate between multiple viewpoints to drive decisions
Possess strong business acumen and the ability to influence outcomes
Ability to balance both strategic and tactical integration milestones, with a persistent attention to detail and a problem-solving mentality
Highly motivated self-starter able to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
Possess an interest to optimize processes, debate and continuous improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
