Job Description
Patten Title Company is a full-service, Texas-based title company serving all real estate title needs with locations in the Houston & Austin areas. We are currently looking for a Title Examiner with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of title experience.
- Locate, analyze, and evaluate title records for land, residential and commercial properties.
- Determining what existing restrictions, easements, liens, judgments and ownership apply to the subject tracts.
- Collaborate with the escrow department to resolve title issues such as legal descriptions, easements, lot splits, vesting, all tax liens, abstracts of judgments, bankruptcies, boundary disputes, encroachments, Lis Pendens, etc.
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
