Senior Account Manager
Job Description : Responsible for the retention and growth of enterprise customer accounts. Evaluate multiple options to move each freight lane and consistently work with the teams to produce the low cost, high service choices to acquire as much freight as possible, through all service offerings. Help the customer understand the value of your personal effort to maintain and grow relationships. Win day to day opportunities as well as long term RFPs.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, offering solution(s) whether it be dedicated, intermodal; brokerage or PTI assets.
- Scorecard Management (customer’s and internal)
- RFP Management
- Conduct MBRs and QBRs
- Meet or exceed metrics for call volume; CRM activity; Account Growth / Volume; opportunities worked and profitability
- Gain familiarity with PTIs freight network and build volume to support needs
- Actively work all assigned accounts
- Ability to travel
- Occasional weekend and evening coverage, as customer needs arise
