CSR Shipping and Receiving

Qualifications or Skills:

• Experience with inventory control computer systems
• Experience in automotive shipping and receiving
• Ability to operate a forklift throughout the shift
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint,& Google
• Packing slips, invoices, incoming paperwork – processing properly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Associate Degree preferred
• Job Duties:
• Generate Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) to the End Customer when shipping
• Update Inventory Control System when Customer Parts are Received or Shipped
• Generate Load Sheets for Outbound Shipments/Distribute Load Sheets to Forklift Operators
• Sign and Dates Log in/outbound shipments
• Maintain Computer Equipment and Back Up Computer System Daily
• Communicate with Customer on Regular Basis via Phone and Email in a professional manner
• Create Bills of Lading
• Ensuring customer requirements are being met
• Responsible for 5S in Work Area

• Load and Unload trucks
• Stack and Unstack racks and containers in inventory
• Maintain Forklift and 5S; Check and add fluids and change Propane tank, when required
• Fill out Daily Forklift Inspection sheet
• Perform All other Assigned Duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Jeffersonville, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
