Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at PTI Quality Containment Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to automotive components, contributing to the overall quality and appearance of our products. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Qualifications or Skills:
- Ability to move arms at shoulder level for a long period of time
- Ability to differentiate colors
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Ability to speak, read & write in English
- Ability to follow work rules
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties:
- Stand and use manual spray guns to touch up paint on products
- PPE must be worn
- Ensuring customer requirements are being met
- Responsible for 5S in Work Area
- Employee must adhere to all 5S and safety rules
- Required participation in semi-annual work reviews
- Employee must adhere to all ISO/IATF procedures and work instructions
- Perform All other Assigned Duties
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
