Materials Manager Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in materials management, procurement, and production planning.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and demand forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships effectively.
