Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficient with general computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, PowerPoint, and Droptask
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to work rules
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties:
- Guide and support team members to meet production goals
- Organize workforce efficiently to maximize resource utilization and productivity
- Assist in training employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Workplace Safety, Process Specifications (PS), and Quality Control Procedures (QCP)
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Maintain compliance with customer requirements
- Responsible for upholding 5S standards in the work area (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Enforce all 5S and safety rules
- Participate in semi-annual work performance reviews
- Adhere strictly to ISO/IATF procedures and work instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
