We are expanding to Jacksonville, We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee our lawn care and groundskeeping teams. Must live in Jacksonville and possess a driver's license, impeccable communication and leadership skills and a passion for outdoor work, lawn care. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, delegating, equipment checks and record keeping, following route as provided, ensuring high-quality service delivery customer satisfaction and communication, and fostering a positive work environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Supervise and lead a team of groundskeeping staff in various landscaping projects.
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation.
- Oversee tree care activities, ensuring proper techniques are used for pruning and maintenance.
- Train team members on best practices in lawn care and garden maintenance.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Build strong relationships within the team to promote collaboration and efficiency.
*Experience*
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of tree care techniques and lawn care best practices is essential.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team management and client interaction.
