We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves maintaining the health and appearance of residential and commercial lawns, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. The Lawn Care Specialist will work both independently and as part of a team, utilizing various tools and techniques to achieve optimal results.
*Duties*
- Perform regular mowing of lawns to maintain an even height and healthy growth.
- Execute bush trimming and care to promote healthy growth and enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Conduct landscape maintenance, including planting, weeding, and mulching as needed.
- Monitor the health of plants, trees, and grass, providing necessary treatments or adjustments.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about their lawn care needs.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in lawn care is mandatory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely.
- Familiarity with trimming techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

- Positive work attitude and strong work ethics, showing up on time and completing route successfully.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
