Summary:
Exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team! We are looking to fill several Customer Service/Sales Representative roles for our East Syracuse and Utica locations. The shift is from 10am-7pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers about solar credits available
- Educate customers on our solar energy and green energy products
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through upselling techniques
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience in outbound/cold calling or sales is a plus
