PTR Baler and Compactor is seeking a Production Laborer to assist skilled positions in all manufacturing operations throughout the facility, including, but not limited to, cleaning tools and equipment, grinding, lubricating, collecting scrap metal material, material handling using automated carts and overhead cranes, emptying used equipment, affixing safety, and informational decals, organize steel supply deliveries, and minor facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Grind, sand and prepare units for next stages of production
- Organize steel supply deliveries
- Provide necessary support to other skilled labor to ensure production maintains efficiency
- Maintain a clean and neat workstation (sweeping, equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance)
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required
- 2 plus years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Good basic math and reading skills required
- Able to lift-up to 50 pounds, required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
