Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Agile Project Manager/Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This role is designed for someone who is not afraid to take charge, make impactful decisions, and drive change. We are not looking for someone to simply follow the process but rather someone who can identify solutions, adapt to evolving challenges, and deliver outstanding results in complex technical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Agile teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Take ownership of the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, driving results without relying on rigid processes.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with full-time employees across various teams, providing clear direction and guidance.
- Cultivate a proactive environment that encourages innovation and critical thinking.
- Drive continuous improvement, applying Agile principles in creative and effective ways.
- Use your strong leadership skills to influence and motivate teams in a dynamic and complex tech environment (SaaS company).
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Lead, ideally in complex tech environments.
- Strong soft skills, with the ability to command attention and communicate with clarity and confidence.
- Comfortable working in environments that require adaptability and creative problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time while working across cross-functional teams.
- A track record of delivering results in a non-traditional, high-pressure environment—rules are optional if they’re not working.
- Strong technical understanding, ideally from industries that involve high-level, complex systems (SaaS company experience or similar).
