Position: Engineering Manager
Location: 100% Onsite, Red Lion, PA
Salary Range: $130,000 USD to $160,000 USD
About the Role
As Engineering Manager, you will take full responsibility for all Maintenance, Reliability, Site Infrastructure, Facilities, and any associated project management linked to site-wide continuous improvement initiatives and asset replacements or upgrades. You will lead and oversee a team of engineers, manage project timelines, and ensure high standards of engineering quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will play a key role in product development, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet company objectives and drive innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily interactions of all associated Engineering activities across the site.
- Ensure SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) metrics and prioritization are effectively managed for every team, every day.
- Lead the maintenance manager and their associated team(s).
- Manage project initiatives linked to site-wide continuous improvement and asset replacement/upgrades.
- Oversee the effective handover of all shift-based activities with robust escalation and close-out procedures.
- Coordinate site activities in alignment with peers and stakeholders such as EHS, Quality, and Production.
- Lead and execute all scheduled Engineering works, managing both internal and external contractors.
- Seek out opportunities for improvement and support the execution of project deliverables.
- Work with site and Divisional Planet Passionate teams to manage energy efficiency and reduction activities.
- Take the lead in implementing enhanced use of CMMS, ensuring critical spares are managed effectively, and a robust preventive/autonomous maintenance schedule is established and self-sustaining.
- Develop departmental metrics to demonstrate capability and progress.
- Collaborate with HSE Leaders to ensure that all legislative testing meets the required standards and Statutory Compliance is always upheld.
Additional Expectations
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies, including the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure all duties related to product compliance adhere to the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Be responsible for tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Raise any concerns related to the Compliance Management System to your supervisor, manager, any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistleblower service.
What You’ll Bring
- Hold a technical engineering degree qualification or have equivalent time-served experience in Engineering.
- Have exposure to Automation, Robotics, PLC’s, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems. Additional exposure to sheet steel processing, coil feeding, press tooling, and CNCs would be advantageous.
- Be an operational all-rounder with a hands-on approach, possessing a can-do attitude and authentic leadership skills.

- Be competent in critical thinking and problem-solving.

- Hold a valid driving license and be prepared to travel as and when required.

Pay Range: $130,000-160,000
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
