Our client, a leading global e-commerce platform, is seeking a Remote Conversational Designer to join their team through the end of June, with potential for extension. In this role, you’ll design and develop conversational interfaces for customer self-service solutions and agent-facing productivity tools. Collaborating closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and customer service teams, your work will aim to create seamless, engaging, and effective conversational experiences that elevate the customer journey.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge customer service platforms and explore growth opportunities by integrating the latest LLM-based AI technologies into conversational design.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and design effective conversational experiences.
- Create conversation flows, scripts, and user personas to guide development.
- Conduct user research and testing to ensure interfaces are engaging and meet user needs.
- Continuously refine conversational interfaces based on user feedback and data insights.
- Stay current with trends in conversational design and AI technology.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by applicable state or localities where you reside or work.
