You'll be the central point of contact for inventory management, acting as a bridge between client sales, distributor partners, and manufacturer partners. Your responsibilities include:

• Forecasting and Planning: Generating inventory forecasts based on sales needs and sharing them with partners.
• Performance Tracking: Creating and analyzing performance reports to monitor inventory against forecasts.
• Operational Support: Managing order fulfillment, troubleshooting issues, maintaining sales support materials, and assisting with SKU enablement and POS platforms.
• Partner Communication: Hosting regular meetings with partners to ensure adequate inventory supply and address any issues.
• Sales Enablement: Supporting promotional activities, managing related billing, and assisting sales teams with inquiries and training.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, developing executive reports, and providing ad hoc support to the team.

Essentially, you'll be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, supporting sales efforts, and driving the growth of the client program through effective communication, analysis, and operational management. Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are crucial for success in this role.
