Work with GP national staff to focus on quality items identified associated with poor KPI results and/or monthly GC billing audits (excessive adders, etc). GP quality inspections housed within Salesforce. Est 10-15 inspects/week ultimately dependent on volume/scale of market.
We are seeking a Network I&R Manager to oversee and manage the quality of network installations and repairs within the Minneapolis market. In this role, you will be responsible for performing follow-up quality inspections on completed installations and repairs to ensure compliance with GP’s quality plan and standards. You will work closely with local I&R General Contractor (GC) supervision and provide tactical feedback, focusing on addressing quality issues related to poor KPI results or billing discrepancies. The role will involve collaborating with GP’s national staff to improve quality, and inspections will be tracked within Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up quality inspections on completed network installations and repairs to ensure they meet GP's quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Provide tactical and summarized feedback to local I&R GC supervision teams during execution calls, focusing on quality improvements.
- Collaborate with GP’s national staff to address quality issues identified through poor KPI results and/or monthly GC billing audits (e.g., excessive adders, discrepancies, etc.).
- Manage the documentation of all quality inspections within Salesforce.
- Perform 10-15 inspections per week, depending on the volume and scale of the market.
- Work closely with local and national teams to ensure that corrective actions are taken for any quality issues identified during inspections.
- Regularly report on inspection outcomes, quality trends, and opportunities for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in network installation, repair, and quality management, with a focus on I&R operations.
- Strong knowledge of network construction standards, installation processes, and repair protocols.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes and industry best practices.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking and documenting inspections.
- Ability to assess and analyze KPI results to identify quality issues.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with local supervision, national staff, and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage inspections in a high-volume environment.
Pay Range: $50-52/hr w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
