Palo Alto Networks SASE Deployment Engineer (Onsite)

Duration: 3 months (40 hours/week) with potential for extension

Overview

We are seeking a Palo Alto Networks Certified Engineer to support the deployment of Palo Alto’s SASE solution—including managed firewalls and ION devices—across approximately 12 client sites. This is an onsite role based in West Palm Beach, FL, providing hands-on expertise during critical deployment and cutover phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Work onsite to assist with the deployment, configuration, and testing of Palo Alto SASE components (firewalls, ION devices).
• Collaborate with client network and security teams to ensure smooth implementation across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and configuration issues during rollout phases.
• Provide post-deployment support, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Interface with Palo Alto support and vendor contacts as needed.

Requirements

• Palo Alto certifications required:
• PCNSA (mid-level) or
• PCNSE (senior-level)
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, SASE architecture, and ION device deployments.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, SD-WAN, and security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Available to work onsite full-time (40 hrs/week) in West Palm Beach.

• Extension Option: Possibility to retain based on performance and project needs

Pay Range: $65/hr- $75/hr W2 benefits

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
