- Responsible for liaising with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes within established timeframes.
What you'll do
- Liaises with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes within established timeframes.
- Oversees configuration and customization process in CRM for the Business Unit
- Seeks approval on solution options presented by the technical team and other stakeholders for CRM.
- Liaises with Stakeholders and/or Strategic Planner to ensure proper delivery of requirements and documentation is maintained.
- Provides guidance and assistance to Sales Automation team and identify and analyze solutions associated to day-to-day updates, issues, and activities.
- Leads multiple data integrity projects for team to maintain accurate data.
- Liaises with our internal customers by independently and directly working with different partners as point of contact.
- Works directly with AA IT to communicate the Business Unit integration needs, like IBM Watson, contracting, Power BI, AA data warehouse, and Portals.
- Experience with Sabre queries, along with experience on the Siebel platform, will be a plus.
