Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute imagery fits and compositing using internal tools.
- Retouch and composite photos, ensuring high-quality outputs for lifestyle and object imagery.
- Work primarily in Figma for image editing; some projects may involve Adobe XD.
- Communicate design decisions effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing rationale for the team’s creative direction.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and composure.
- Take a step back from daily deliverables to align creative output with broader project objectives.
- 3–4 years of experience in photo retouching, or a strong portfolio as a recent design school graduate.
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred) and Adobe XD for photo retouching and compositing tasks.
- Strong organizational skills to handle several tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to present and discuss design decisions with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to manage work without becoming overwhelmed in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an eCommerce environment.
- Background in lifestyle and product imagery.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing photo retouching and image compositing work.
