The Program Manager is responsible for providing program management support for key 360 Marketing initiatives. This role requires knowledge on the implementation of marketing projects. It requires basic awareness of products and services offered by the Branded Cards and Unsecured Lending business in US Personal Banking (USPB). Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas within USPB and occasional external partners. The role will track related to the marketing processes, required dependencies and key deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Support the team in the development of comprehensive 360 marketing campaign plans for new products and services offered by USPB.
Manage and track comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, identifying key dependencies (tech, agency, controls, approvals, budgets, etc.) and developing reports to provide transparency to the organization.
Track key decisions, risks and challenges and promptly escalating concerns to the program team.
Support the 360 Program Managers in key meetings which engage stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Controls and Tech.
Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.
Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Education:
Bachelors/University degree
Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
