- Proactive, takes initiative/self starter, quick learner.
- Attention to detail – Must be able to read and understand legal real estate documents and proof them for accuracy.
- Solid user of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel especially).
- Highly organized and able to manage heavy workloads with time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work well with others across multiple organizations
- Ability to manage lease management and property management including but not limited to lease abstract, LL management, etc.
- Location in Mesa, AZ, selected candidate will work on-site 5 days a week in office.
- Hours are 9:00a - 5:00p (No OT at this time).
- No relocation candidates and must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident .
