The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and manage the process flow for our capital budgeting across all of Value, understanding monthly how our capital dollars are being utilized and the benefits realized.
- Establish governance to ensure project spending aligns with the approved capital allocation
- Identify potential financial risks in project investments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Gather request and make trade-off recommendations for leadership alignment for any investment pivots in -year
- Provide thought leadership in developing financial models to assess different capital allocation scenarios, analyzing the impact on the project’s outcomes.
- Ensure all capital planning activities comply with internal financial policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
- Bias to action and operate with a strong sense of urgency, anticipate changes and proactively plan
- Experience with Tableau, Qlik and Power BI Tools, for dashboard reporting
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g. Excel, ERP systems, financial planning tools)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and have a strong customer focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Targeted Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years
- In-office in Basking Ridge Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
