Job Description:
- Project Planning Analyst
- As a Project Planning Analyst at client, candidate will work with Major Construction Management to review and allocate resource needs for project construction schedules and critical maintenance needs, coordinate with resources among various entities, and support the safe culture in our business unit.
- This candidate may also assist with administrative requirements for the associated group.
- Prioritize and provide managerial support to the construction operations team to ensure safe and successful outcomes.
- Maintains construction schedules to ensure reliability.
- Proactively tracks prints necessary for project construction, ensuring these items are received on time for successful project completion.
- Monitor and represent construction interests in various meetings such as pre-construction, staff, safety meetings etc.
- Communicates effectively on the overall project status and maintains relationships with multiple parties, both internal and external to client, to resolve potential customer issues.
- Supports construction management in emergency situations to restore power, assist with logistics, and perform other related duties as required.
- Support a positive work environment to maximize an effective team.
- Tracks project documentation pre- and post-job, including Data Entry, Asset Commissioning, and Print Corrections, which could utilize Client-specific technology.
- Ability to work in a team of cross-functional individuals.
- Flexibility, adaptability, excellent negotiating skills, and ability to influence others.
- Consistently meet deadlines by multitasking and prioritizing work.
- Ability to quickly learn various software platforms, including MS Office Suite and Client -related scheduling tools, etc.)
- Ability to respond effectively and favorably to change.

- Performs all essential aspects and functions of the job and any other specific job requirements.
- Clearly and concisely expresses ideas verbally and in writing

- Assist with data management and other applications as required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in public and private forums.
- This position will be officed in client’s Midland Construction office.
- New Pay Rate: $30.00
- New Bill Rate to client: $42.15
