Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Frontend Developer (React)
Location: Nashville, TN., Charlotte, NC., Houston, TX., Dallas, TX., Orlando, FL., Tampa, FL., Salt Lake City, UT., or Denver. CO. (Hybrid 1 day)
Duration: 6 Month of Project (Temp to Hire)
Pay Rate: $65/hr. to $70/hr. on W2 (without benefits)
Overview:
- We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer or Frontend Developer (React) with some backend exposure to join our Onboarding Platform team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with AWS cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, and build scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud-based solutions. If you have experience with API Gateway, CloudFront, and Lambda, along with an interest in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack or frontend applications using React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET (C#).
- Work with AWS cloud technologies such as CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway, and other cloud services.
- Implement microservices architecture to ensure scalability and high availability.
- Design and implement APIs for seamless integration and data exchange.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform is a plus, or willingness to learn.
- Collaborate with team members to build and maintain the onboarding platform.
- Troubleshoot and optimize both frontend and backend components.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in frontend technologies such as React.js and TypeScript.
- Some backend experience, especially with Node.js and API integration.
- Familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, CloudFront, and API Gateway.
- Experience in microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (Terraform experience is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot both frontend and backend issues.
Interview Process:
- One Round Interview:
- Coding Exam: React.js (grading scale 1-5, 20-30 minutes).
- Skills Interview: 30-minute discussion covering AWS, backend technologies, and terraform if candidate have the experience.
Salary : $65 - $70
