Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Onsite)

Duration: 10-months (possible extension)


Duties- Work on implementing Contact center solution using Salesforce Omnichannel for Case Routing and integrated with AWS Connect for case call routing


Skills- Extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce Omnichannel for Case Routing and integrated with AWS Connect for case call routing


Education- BTech in Computer Science or equivalent


Required Skills- Rest, Time Management, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
