Job Title : Service Technician
Job Location : Lancaster, NY
Job Type : Contract (With Highest Possible extension)
Pay Range : $20 / Hr-$25 / Hr
Responsibilities :
The primary duties are to assist with chemical treatment for customers out of our Buffalo / Rochester service area. Duties include water testing and chemical additions, preparing field service reports, inventory management, troubleshooting and maintenance. Secondary duties include warehouse and shipping / receiving while providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- HVAC- Boiler or Cooling Tower Experience is a plus
- Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
- Customer Service and Maintenance abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Relevant technical certifications or training in water treatment systems
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Pay Range : $20 / Hr-$25 / Hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
