The Security Program Management & Business Operations team within the Global Cybersecurity organization is looking to add a Senior Project Manager - Cybersecurity to their team. This candidate will manage projects that have high complexity, visibility, and impact across multiple Strategic Business Units (SBUs), with a specific focus on delivering a Passkey Multi-Factor Authentication solution to the enterprise. This project will align with the project management life cycle (initiating/defining; planning; executing; close-out) and support key cybersecurity priorities in 2025. As needed, the candidate will be responsible for driving impactful research, analyzing data and effectively presenting the information to various stakeholders. The candidate is expected to provide updates and collaborate with managers regarding highly complex matters requiring escalation.

- Manages a project/projects to include those considered complex in nature with function-wide and/or SBU-wide impact.
- Examples of complexity: highly technical, substantial budget, high visibility, long tail, many stakeholders crossing multiple functional groups, outside U.S. arena, etc.
- Defines the business case with input from stakeholders.
- Identifies and gains agreement on project objectives, scope, timing, and resources.
- Plans activities/tasks that will deliver the desired results and oversees day-to-day work and monitoring of progress towards goals.
- Ensures resources are optimally sourced and deployed.
- Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders within and beyond the project team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing their expectations.
- Adeptly builds consensus and gains buy-in among stakeholders across the organization.
- Escalates and works to resolve issues that serve as roadblocks and/or place project objectives at risk.

- Mentor interns and junior associates.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of Technical Program / Project Management experience with focus on Cybersecurity projects.
- Experience in managing projects in identity and access management.
- Expert-level ability in managing all aspects of the project management life cycle for multiple projects at one time including those that are complex in nature.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools - Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to adapt and address unique challenges in collaborative and creative ways.
- Project management certification strongly preferred.
- Displays advanced communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills as well as advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Advanced business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
