What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Manager position at PTR Global?
The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.
Responsibilities
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports for distributor and manufacturer partners to track against the forecasts provided.
- Help with SKU enablement and POS platforms
- Host weekly meetings with distributor and/or OEM partners to maintain inventory supply.
- Manage the internal support Slack channel for customer issues and other sales related inquiries
- Execute regular updates on internal sales support collateral and reference documents
- Daily order monitoring and management of funnel opportunities
- Perform analysis of launched products data and lead executive reporting development
- Support the team with ad hoc, sales data, analysis, executive summaries, and forecast reports
- Support promotional activities by managing the entry into the billing database.
Work closely with the promo team and finance to ensure accurate OEM billing.
- Candidate will also be responsible for assisting and responding to sales teams, channel partners, internal sales, and cross-functional workgroups.
- Candidate to maintain all aspects of training materials, OSTs, enrollment flyers, etc.
- This position will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience in program management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Salary : $60 - $62
