This role is essential in ensuring consistent and engaging internal communication across our company’s multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and communicating about company events, sharing updates on new hires and organizational structures, producing a company newsletter, promoting onsite gym programs, and managing the company’s intranet landing page. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Company Event Coordination and Communication
- Work with HR to execute and coordinate company events across multiple locations, including employee recognition events, team-building activities, and other company gatherings.

- Develop and distribute communications related to event details, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure high employee engagement and participation across multiple mediums.
- Internal Announcements for New Hires and Organizational Changes
- Craft and share clear, engaging announcements for new hires, promotions, and changes to organizational structure.
- Work closely with HR and department leads to ensure timely and accurate communication across all locations.
- Newsletter Development and Management
- Produce and distribute a regular company newsletter that highlights departmental achievements, project updates, and other relevant news.
- Collaborate with department heads and team members to source and showcase wins, milestones, and success stories.
- Promotion of Onsite Gym and Wellness Programs
- Promote onsite gym programs and wellness initiatives, developing creative ways to drive employee participation.
- Partner with HR and gym program coordinators to communicate schedules, program details, and health and wellness benefits to employees.
- Intranet Management
- Build, manage, and maintain the company’s intranet landing page, ensuring it serves as a central hub for news, resources, and important information.
- Regularly update the intranet with relevant content, including announcements, event details, policy updates, and more.
- Content Creation and Brand Consistency
- Ensure all communications reflect the company’s brand, values, and tone of voice.
- Develop visually appealing, concise, and engaging content across various internal channels to maintain a positive and informed company culture.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to gather relevant information, coordinate project timelines, and support cross-functional communication initiatives.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal communications, helping ensure alignment and consistency across messages.
- MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey information in an engaging and clear manner.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in content management systems (CMS) for managing intranet pages.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices in internal communication.
- Exceptional prioritization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Experience working with remote teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- NICE TO HAVE
- Creative skills with a strong eye for layout and design, familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of wellness and employee engagement programs.
- Familiarity with intranet software and internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Slack, Workplace by Facebook).
