Civil Project Manager – Land Development

Civil Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all phases of land development projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time and within budget, exceeding client expectations.
- Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Civil Project Manager Requirements :
Salary : $124,000 - $163,000
