We are seeking a CADD Technician to join our team. Under close supervision, this position performs basic engineering technician work using electronic applications and document control procedures to create or modify project deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working with industry-standard tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and modification of design deliverables using CADD software
- Learn and apply engineering standards, departmental guides, and company policies
- Support continuous improvement and change management efforts
- Understand internal client needs and begin developing awareness of external client drivers
- Proactively learn and share new technologies and processes

- Diploma or Certificate preferred
- Associate Degree in Drafting or a related Engineering Design Technology preferred
- No prior engineering work experience required
