Job Overview

PTS Advance is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on various construction and project sites, overseeing the management and administration of contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in contract management, preferably with a focus on construction or project sites. A strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, procurement procedures, and risk management is essential. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts for construction, procurement, and services.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Identify potential risks related to contract execution and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor contract budgets and approve expenditures.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in contract management.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, law, or a related field.
• Prior experience in biomass, renewable energy, or heavy industrial construction projects.
