- Monitor contract budgets, approve expenditures, and manage cost variations while ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
- Identify potential risks related to contract execution and develop mitigation strategies to protect project integrity and cost-effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in contract management.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, law, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on construction or project sites.
- Prior experience in biomass, renewable energy, or heavy industrial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, procurement procedures, and risk management.
