Site Contracts Manager
A Site Contracts Manager oversees the management and administration of contracts at construction or project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts for construction, procurement, and services.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Oversight: Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to contract execution and develop mitigation strategies.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor contract budgets and manage cost variations.
- Compliance & Legal Coordination: Ensure all contracts comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of contracts and provide regular reports.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to align contract strategies.
- Change Management: Manage change orders, claims, and contract modifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in contract management.
