What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Field Service Technician position at PTS Advance?
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for on-site testing, installation, and commissioning of power distribution equipment. In this role the Field Service Engineer will perform these duties at various substations and industrial facilities. Qualified applicants will have strong hands-on experience with power distribution equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with MV/LV power distribution equipment, including switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, relays, etc.
- Experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, and utility environments
- Proficiency in commissioning, installation, start-up, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of power distribution equipment listed above
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and within the district
