Key Responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts for construction, procurement, and services.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor contract budgets and approve expenditures.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and approvals.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in contract management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, law, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, procurement procedures, and risk management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
