Location: Delta, UT (onsite)

About our client:
Our client is a major EPC construction firm that is looking to build out large-scale Power Generation project in Delta, UT. We are currently looking for a Senior level QA/QC Manager to make a major impact with managing inspections and quality of the project on a long term/direct basis.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee QA/QC throughout engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
- Liaise with Client and Construction Managers.
- Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Conduct Internal Quality Audits and issue Non-Conformance Reports.
- Manage testing equipment and subcontractor performance.
- Monitor subcontractor performance for compliance with quality requirements.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of QA/QC experience in electrical substation or similar construction.
- Experience in representing EPC contractors and implementing quality systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
- $120K-150K - open to negotiation for qualified candidates.
