PTS Advance is seeking a highly experienced Senior QC Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work meets or exceeds client specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
This role requires experience in implementing or revamping QA/QC procedures and a strong understanding of construction practices, quality management systems, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the quality control program for all construction projects.
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address quality issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality control management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards such as ACI, ASTM, and DOT regulations.
