Job Title : Instrumentation & Electrical Engineer (I&E)
Location : Tulsa, OK (On-site)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Duration : 3-6 month contract
Overview :
We are seeking a qualified Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work on a variety of engineering assignments and projects in a refinery and industrial setting. This role involves fieldwork, interaction with a wide range of professionals, and adherence to strict safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop engineering standards for EI&C equipment purchases and installations.
- Design, plan, and configure electrical, instrumentation, and controls systems.
- Create layouts for EI&C equipment on a commercial scale.
- Plan projects, develop schedules, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Monitor project performance, providing feedback to the project team.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions related to electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Perform hands-on work in the field, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
- Ensure the maintenance and integrity of all relevant data for the business units.
- Participate in site assessments and upgrades to existing equipment and systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in safety and environmental initiatives, including training, drills, and hazard recognition.
