About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Site Administration Director to join our team at PTS Advance. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of contracts at construction or project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies
- Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and senior leadership to align contract strategies with project goals
- Manage and mitigate potential risks related to contract execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in contract management
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, law, or a related field
- Prior experience in biomass, renewable energy, or heavy industrial construction projects
- Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, procurement procedures, and risk management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
