About the Position:
This is a critical role within our organization, requiring a highly skilled professional to oversee the construction of large-scale industrial projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating work, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead site coordination meetings and conduct regular progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, revenues, and expenses.
- Collaborate with the Site Construction Manager and Project Manager to address project-related issues.
Your Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in an EPC environment.
- Industrial building trades construction experience, with a proven track record on complex projects.
- Knowledge of building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes, plumbing codes, and building permits.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and management skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
