Proficient in using Revit and Bluebeam software.Structural experience is required.Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for supporting nuclear projects).Experience in nuclear projects is a plus.Primary Responsibilities :
Act as a senior lead engineering technician, providing guidance and technical direction to other professionals.Modify or create deliverables, applying engineering principles to develop complex design concepts.Ensure deliverables comply with relevant codes, standards, and company policies.Demonstrate expertise in design calculations, material quantity estimation, and advanced software tools.Engineering Standards and Quality Control :
Proactively ensure adherence to standards, systems, document control, departmental guides, and company policies.Review project requirements, design inputs, and deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project codes.Promote quality and continuous improvement within project teams.Project Coordination :
Collaborate with other design groups to review and exchange project information.Support field activities and communicate design requirements, progress, and schedules.Knowledge Sharing and Training :
Assist management in developing and communicating design standards.Mentor and support the professional development of team members.Preferred Non-Technical Skills :

Preferred : Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design-related technology.Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience required.Additional Requirements :
