PTS is seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our project team. This role is integral in creating, managing, and maintaining engineering design specifications, procedures, and guidance documents. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills and a strong grasp of engineering concepts and terminology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Document Creation : Develop, write, and edit engineering design specifications, procedures, and guidance documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Content Management : Organize and maintain a comprehensive document management system, ensuring all documentation is current and easily accessible.
- Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to gather information and verify technical accuracy.
- Review and Editing : Edit existing documents to improve clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
- Standards Compliance : Ensure all documentation meets company and industry safety and regulatory standards.
- Training Materials : Create training materials and user manuals to facilitate the implementation of engineering procedures and specifications.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance documentation quality and efficiency.
