Healthcare Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent with a background in healthcare construction to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage and supervise construction personnel, including subcontractors and laborers
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to identify and resolve issues
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure all safety regulations and standards are followed on site
• Communicate project status and escalate issues as necessary
• Attend and participate in project meetings, as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
• 7 years of experience in construction, with a focus on healthcare construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Strong project management skills and experience with project scheduling and budget management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software such as PROCORE
